These cover this website and the queue. There is no app, no account and no paid service yet, so there is not much to agree to.

What this site is

A brand site and a queue for an app that is being built. Nothing on it is an offer to sell anything, and nothing on it is a commitment to ship on a particular date.

The queue

• A position is a place in line, not a guarantee of access, a licence, or anything of monetary value.
• Positions cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
• Confirming your email is required. Unconfirmed entries do not hold a position and are not counted.
• Referrals move you up ten places each, and only once the person you referred confirms their own email.
• Entries created with fake addresses, or by automating the form, will be removed along with any positions gained from them.
• We may change how positions are calculated, or close the queue, if it is being gamed.

What Hyped is not

Hyped is a discipline and habit brand. Nothing here is financial, investment, medical, legal or fitness advice. “Trading” is one of six areas people track, and tracking your own sessions is not the same as being advised on them. Decisions you make in any area are yours.

Your content

What you pick stays yours. By picking, you allow us to include it in public aggregate counts, which is how the launch order gets decided. Nothing identifying you is published.

Our content

The Hyped name, wordmark, copy and design are ours. Our writing is free to quote with attribution. Please do not reproduce the brand wholesale.

Third-party links

This site links to YouTube, X, and the products in the ecosystem, including TrueNorth. Those are run by other companies. What happens on them is governed by their terms, not ours, and a link is not an endorsement of any trade you make there.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from the app not shipping. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
